Bart Walchle specializes in the sale of apartment communities located throughout Florida, with a primary focus on the Jacksonville market.

Bart Walchle has been in the commercial real estate industry since1985. Bart has sold over 63,000 apartment units and 100 sites. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Bart was in sales and marketing for the IBM Corporation in the Jacksonville area for approximately two years.

During his career with his previous employer, Bart Walchle was recognized as a member of The Colbert Coldwell Circle in 1992, which is the highest 1% of achieving sales people nationwide. Bart was consistently one of the top-producing brokers in the Southeast region from 1989 to 1994. In1993 he was the top
broker in the state of Florida from a group of over 100 people. Bart was the top broker for theJacksonville office during 1989, 1992 and 1993.

Bart Walchle received an MBA from Jacksonville University in 1985. He received a BS in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University in 1983.

Bart has represented Vestcor Properties, Jacksonville’s previous largest owner of apartment communities, on over 40 different transactions. Other clients include AIMCO, Archstone, EQR, Flournoy, GE Capital, JPI, Metropolitan Life, Freddie Mac, MBL Life Assurance Co., Union Bank, Bankers Trust, Fannie Mae, Mid America, Prudential, Royal American, TGM Associates, United Dominion, the RTC, and Bank of America.
