This illustration is by Kyle Walsh, a self described cartoonist recovering from autism.   It is his vision for HEAL House, a place where children and families do just exactly that- HEAL.

This house, this home, will welcome families, and foster community-wide support for our children. HEAL House will give everyone who crosses the threshold the tools they need to accommodate, to integrate, to weather the journey, and to HEAL.  

HEAL house will meet the comprehensive needs of our children.  Within it’s walls will be a library, classrooms, innovative therapeutic environments including water, horseback, music, art, pets for whom the children can care, organic gardens. Our community will be present and involved in a myriad of ways, making what we build here a prototype for the rest of our world.  

Thank you for wrapping your arms around our children. Thank you for helping us to one day build HEAL House.
