HEAL’s Zoo Walk for Autism 2012 promises to be bigger and better than ever.  Join us at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens while we walk together as a community to promote Autism safety and education.

Several NFL Jaguar Football Players and Roar Cheerleaders will be on hand to walk with us and sign autographs.  The Cummer Museum and MOCA will again have an Art Project for walkers to participate in; there will be bounce houses, face painting, and the creation of personalized artwork for children.

Once again we are honored to have Patty Crosby as our Emcee.  She will kick off the Walk at 8:30am and be on hand at the Great Lawn to announce the “Team Winners”.  The top four fundraising teams will be announced and each awarded a prize.  Be sure to come early to pick up your tickets.  Registration will open on-site at 7:30am. 

This year we are fortunate to have received a grant from CSX which will enable HEAL to pay for the Zoo Walk tickets of those under the age of 13.  A huge thank you to CSX for allowing hundreds of our children to attend the walk free of charge!

Online Registration ends Wednesday April 18, 2012 at midnight. At that time the top four winning Teams will be totaled and announced at the Zoo Walk on Sunday!
