Jason graduated from Flagler College with a degree in Sport Management. After graduation, he moved to San Diego and began volunteering then was hired at the Junior Seau Foundation. Over the next decade, he grew to become the Director of Operations. Jason currently serves as Executive Director of the HEAL Foundation.
